This promo pack for The City of Kings includes 3 extra factions: The Blood-Letters Hoodrah’s Horde The Scorched This promo pack was included in the Premium, Deluxe and Collector’s Editions of The City of Kings (TCOK002-004) first printing but not in the Adventurer Edition (TCOK001). It is included in the second printing Deluxe edition (TCOK001) but not in the "Standard" edition (the only other level).
